Kangaroos Celebrate Australia Day 2009
Each year on January 26th, Australians everywhere drop what they are doing and celebrate their country. And the Australians living here in Nashville are no different, except that they are joined by all their Yank friends for a few pints at the local pub!
This year will be no different, as we celebrate Australia Day with our Aussie friends and families. As we did last year, we are coordinating the event with the Nashville Zoo Run taking place on Saturday January 24th in the afternoon. The Kangaroos will be continuing the celebration that evening starting at 7:30 at Sportsman's Grille in Hillsboro Village.
So come on out as we shake the winter sleep out of our heads and welcome a brand new year. See you there!
